I am a graduate of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program and have spent over a decade working in health care and education, supporting individuals and families through stress, caregiving, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. These experiences shaped my respect for how complex life can become, and how difficult it can feel to reach out for support.
In my counselling work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and emotion-focused, trauma-informed care. Together, we will explore patterns in thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and make space for the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unseen.
My style is warm, collaborative, and structured enough to help you feel supported while also staying clear on your goals. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of what is happening and move forward with more intention. In my practice, you set the course, and we navigate it together.
